Abrasive Blaster / Industrial Spray Painter Long-Term Project | Defence Industry | Henderson WA
Our client is seeking experienced Abrasive Blasters and Industrial Spray Painters to join a large team working on a long-term Defence project based in Henderson, Western Australia.
This is a hands-on role responsible for the abrasive cleaning, preparation, and coating of Defence vessels. You will undertake abrasive blasting, industrial spray painting, protective coating application, and surface preparation activities while maintaining quality, productivity, and safety standards within a collaborative team environment.

You are an experienced painter or blaster who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety. You enjoy working within a team environment and can effectively manage your daily tasks while meeting project deadlines and quality requirements.
You Will Bring
- Relevant qualifications and/or significant industry experience
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- Confined Space Ticket (highly desirable)
- Working at Heights Ticket (highly desirable)
- Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one within 3 months
- Unlimited Australian work rights
- Experience in abrasive blasting, industrial painting, brush and roller painting, or similar coating applications
