Our Client is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead a high-performing Electrical/HVAC team across both underground and surface operations at Olympic Dam.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for supervising electrical works, ensuring compliance, and driving safety and quality outcomes across site. You will take ownership of coordinating crews, maintaining standards, and supporting project delivery in a dynamic environment.

You are an experienced Electrical Supervisor who thrives in remote environments and leads from the front. You bring a strong leadership mindset, are hands-on when required, and are committed to delivering high-quality work safely.
You Will Bring:
- SA Electrical Licence (essential)
- White Card + LVR/CPR (or willingness to obtain/update)
- SA Driver’s Licence
- Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in commercial or construction environments
- Strong understanding of safety systems, permits, and compliance
- Experience leading teams in remote site environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
