Fitter / Boilermaker $49.95/hr | 2+ Years Secured Work | Kilburn, SA Our client is seeking experienced Fitters and Boilermakers to join a well-established rail asset maintenance and refurbishment operation located in Kilburn, SA.
This is a hands-on trade role with responsibility for the repair, modification, fabrication and refurbishment of rail carriages and associated components. You will undertake mechanical fitting, structural repairs, steel fabrication, welding, installation work and general maintenance activities while ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

About You You are an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork. You enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving and working on varied projects requiring precision, reliability and attention to detail.
You Will Bring:
• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter, Fitter & Turner, Boilermaker or Fabricator
• Experience in heavy industry, manufacturing, rail, mining or similar environments
• Strong mechanical aptitude and fault-finding skills
• Welding and fabrication experience (Boilermakers)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Experience using hand, power and workshop tools
• Commitment to safe work practices and quality outcomes
