We are currently seeking a qualified Boilermakers or Skilled Sheet Metal Worker to join our client's switchroom manufacturing team based in Henderson, WA. The Opportunity
Working within a dedicated manufacturing team, you will be involved in the fabrication, assembly and welding of transportable switchrooms for major infrastructure and industrial projects.
This role offers consistent hours, regular overtime and the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position following a qualifying period.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabrication, assembly and welding of switchroom frames/containers
- Building and assembling transportable switchrooms to project specifications
- Light gauge welding
- Steel framing fabrication and assembly
- Installation of Colourbond cladding
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship standards
- Following site safety procedures and quality requirements
- Trade qualification as a Boilermaker
- Ability to accurately read and interpret engineering drawings
- Proven fabrication and welding experience
- Steel framing experience
- Colourbond cladding experience
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Solid understanding of workplace health and safety practices
- Reliable work ethic and ability to work within a team environment
