RED is seeking motivated Trade Assistants to join a well-established switchboard manufacturing team based in Ferryden Park, Adelaide. This workshop-based role offers immediate starts and consistent work within a modern manufacturing environment.
The Opportunity
This role offers the chance to join a stable and respected manufacturing team supporting the assembly and dispatch of electrical switchboards. You will work alongside experienced tradespeople, contributing to high-quality outcomes within a safe and well-organised workshop environment. This is a hands-on position suited to reliable individuals who enjoy practical work and are confident using a range of hand and power tools.
About the Project
Working within a dedicated switchboard manufacturing facility, you will assist with assembly, workshop preparation, and dispatch activities to support ongoing project delivery. The workshop provides a supportive team environment and modern facilities, making it an excellent opportunity for Trade Assistants looking to gain valuable industry experience. This assignment is expected to run for approximately 3–4 months, with immediate starts available.

About You
You are a reliable and safety-conscious Trade Assistant who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in supporting quality outcomes. You work well within a team environment, follow instructions closely, and bring a strong work ethic to every task.
You will bring:
- Confidence using hand and power tools including torque wrenches and rattle guns
- Previous manufacturing or trade-related experience (preferred)
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
