RED is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Electricians to join a well-established switchboard manufacturing team based in Ferryden Park, Adelaide. This workshop-based position offers secure, long-term employment with an immediate start available.

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to join a stable and respected business operating within a modern manufacturing environment. Your skills and experience will contribute directly to the production of high-quality electrical switchboards supporting major infrastructure and industrial projects
This is a hands-on position focused on switchboard assembly, electrical installations, control wiring, and quality assurance testing within a safe and well-equipped workshop environment.

About the Project

Working as part of a dedicated manufacturing team, you will be involved in the assembly and wiring of electrical switchboards from detailed design drawings and specifications. The workshop offers a safe, professional, and collaborative environment for skilled tradespeople. With ongoing project commitments, this position provides long-term stability and consistent work for the right candidates.

  • $47.89/hr overtime available
  • $40 per week electrical licence allowance (applies to unrestricted licence)

About You

You are an experienced electrician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining a strong focus on safety and teamwork. You enjoy workshop-based work, have excellent attention to detail, and can confidently work from technical drawings and specifications.

You will bring:
 
  • Electrical licence/qualification (overseas qualifications considered)
  • Ability to interpret schematic and GA drawings
  • Control wiring and/or busbar experience (preferred)
  • Previous switchboard manufacturing experience (advantageous)
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
