Project Manager – Electrical & Infrastructure Projects FIFO ex Adelaide | 8:6 Roster | Roxby Downs, SA Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major infrastructure upgrade project within a live operational environment based in Roxby Downs, South Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for project planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement, commercial performance, safety, quality, and successful delivery. You will take ownership of a significant package of works while leading site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved safely, on time, and within budget.

This role offers the opportunity to join a respected contractor delivering critical infrastructure projects within the resources sector. Operating on an 8 days on, 6 days off FIFO roster from Adelaide, you will be responsible for managing complex construction activities in a live operational environment while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring operational continuity.

You Will Bring

- Full Australian Working Rights
- Current Driver's Licence
- Demonstrated experience managing commercial construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mining projects
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
- Sound understanding of Australian Standards, New Zealand Standards, and mining industry requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Clearance
- Proven experience delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget
- Strong understanding of electrical construction, installation, commissioning, and maintenance practices
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, procurement, and project resources
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance processes
- Commercial experience managing budgets, forecasts, cost controls, variations, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of HSE requirements within construction and mining environments
- Ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Considerable knowledge of industry methods, practices, materials, tools, and standards associated with electrical and construction project delivery
- Experience delivering projects within mining, heavy industrial, or resources environments
- Previous FIFO project experience
- Experience working in brownfield and operational site environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline
- Current National Police Clearance
- Strong scheduling and project controls experience
