Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and respond to customer enquiries, requests and service issues
- Liaise with external customers and internal operational teams
- Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation
- Assist with customer communications and service notifications
- Provide administrative support across a range of operational activities
- Process timesheets, reimbursements and general administrative requests
- Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage multiple priorities and ensure timely resolution of enquiries
- Experience in administration, customer service or complaints management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with customers and operational staff
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused approach
- Certificate II or III in Administration, Business or Communications
- Experience within utilities, infrastructure, government or service delivery environments
- Experience coordinating responses across multiple stakeholders
- 6-month temporary assignment commencing in August
