About The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Management Coordinator to provide high-level support to a senior leader within a busy operational environment. This is a full-time contract opportunity for an initial period of approximately six months, with the potential for extension.
In this role, you will manage executive administration, coordinate meetings and communications, prepare business documentation and liaise with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to a senior leader.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements and executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and business documentation.
  • Monitor and coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and document management systems.
  • Assist with projects and other administrative activities as required.
 
About You – Essential
  • Minimum 5 years' experience providing high-level executive administration or executive support to senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Highly developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience preparing business correspondence, reports and presentations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
  • Experience providing executive-level secretariat support, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
  • Experience using records management or document management systems.
  • Knowledge of procurement, recruitment or corporate governance processes.
  • Previous experience within government, utilities, infrastructure or other large and complex organisations.
