Our client is seeking an experienced Blasting & Painting Supervisor to lead a well-established project delivery team located in Henderson, Western Australia

This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of blasting, painting, remediation, and waterproofing projects, including team leadership, client engagement, project reporting, resource planning, quality assurance, and contract compliance. You will take ownership of delivering complex asset preservation and rehabilitation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About You
You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys being close to the operation while maintaining a strategic focus on performance, safety and people. You have experience supervising blasting and painting teams within industrial, infrastructure, marine, defence, or asset remediation environments and understand the importance of strict quality and compliance requirements.

You Will Bring: 
• 2–3 years' experience supervising teams and managing complex blasting and painting projects'
• Background within defence, marine, infrastructure, remediation, industrial services, asset management, or heavy industry sectors
• Strong commercial and customer-facing experience
• Hands-on operational experience delivering blasting and painting projects
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams undertaking abrasive blasting, protective coatings, corrosion control, waterproofing, and remediation works
• Experience in asset remediation and infrastructure projects, including concrete rehabilitation works, will be highly regarded
• Sound knowledge of coatings systems, surface preparation standards, hazardous substance management, and application processes
• Experience managing work in high-risk environments including confined spaces, working at heights, and permit-controlled works
• Familiarity with quality systems including progress reporting, ITPs, QA/QC processes, coating inspections, and stakeholder liaison
• Experience within naval, marine, defence sustainment, or heavy asset preservation projects will be highly regarded
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• NACE Level 2 Certification highly desirable, however not essential for candidates willing to undertake training
