Our client is seeking an experienced Blasting & Painting Supervisor to lead a well-established project delivery team located in Osborne, South Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full accountability for the safe, efficient, and profitable delivery of blasting, painting, remediation, and waterproofing projects, including team leadership, client engagement, project reporting, resource planning, quality assurance, and contract compliance. You will take ownership of delivering complex asset preservation and rehabilitation projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About You
You are an experienced operational leader who enjoys being close to the operation while maintaining a strategic focus on performance, safety and people. You are an experienced supervisor who takes pride in leading teams across complex blasting and painting projects while maintaining a strong focus on quality, client satisfaction, and safety. You thrive in dynamic project environments and are committed to delivering successful outcomes.
You will bring:
• Background within infrastructure, remediation, asset management, industrial services, defence, or heavy industry sectors
• Strong commercial and customer-facing experience
• Hands-on operational experience delivering blasting and painting projects
• Demonstrated experience supervising teams and managing complex paint & blast, remediation and/or waterproofing projects
• Experience in asset remediation and infrastructure projects, including concrete rehabilitation works, will be highly regarded
• Technical knowledge of coatings, surface preparation, hazardous substances management, and application processes
• Experience with quality systems including progress reporting, ITPs, QA/QC processes, and stakeholder liaison
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• NACE Level 2 Certification highly desirable, however not essential for candidates willing to undertake training
