RED Appointments is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Service Technician to support a respected multinational electrical services provider. This role is suited to skilled industrial electricians or E&I technicians with strong experience in instrumentation, calibration, and industrial environments.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing field service role offering strong variety, autonomy, and long-term stability — no repetitive production work or construction-only environments.

We are a specialised, service-only process instrumentation branch servicing diverse industrial, water, and manufacturing sites across the region. You won't be stuck on a boring construction site or a repetitive factory production line. You will be out on the road handling varied breakdown service, fault-finding, and loop checks.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality instrumentation and electrical service work across industrial, water, and manufacturing sites, including:
- Calibrations, adjustments, repairs, and testing of instrumentation and control systems
• Traceable calibrations and compliance-based service delivery
• Fault-finding across industrial equipment, including control circuits
• Loop checks, breakdown response, and preventative maintenance
• Customer engagement, technical support, and relationship management
• Identifying service and sales opportunities within existing sites

About You
You are a reliable and capable tradesperson who enjoys working independently while delivering high-quality service.
You bring:
- Unrestricted SA Electrical Licence
- Standard industrial sparkies looking to step up into E&l are highly encouraged to apply-we will train you!
- Experience with control circuits, fault-finding, and industrial environments
- A reliable work ethic
- Experience in industrial, maintenance, or heavy industry environments
- Exposure to hazardous areas (EEHA) (desirable)
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing work
- Current CPR/LVR
- White Card
- Clean driver’s licence and willingness to travel
