Electrical & Instrumentation Senior Service Technician
$50-56.25/hr OT & Penalties | Company Vehicle Laptop Phone | Adelaide Regional Travel
RED Appointments is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Senior Service Technician to support a respected SA electrical services provider. This role is suited exclusively to skilled E&I tradespeople with proven experience in instrumentation, calibration, and industrial electrical environments.
This is a hands on, customer facing field service role offering strong variety, autonomy, and long term stability.
About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high quality instrumentation and electrical service work, including:
• Calibrations, adjustments, repairs and testing of instrumentation and control equipment
• Traceable calibrations and compliance based service delivery
• Fault finding and technical support across industrial environments
• Customer engagement, communication and relationship management
• Identifying service and sales opportunities within existing client sites
Work is primarily in metro Adelaide, with regional travel 1-2 times per month depending on client needs.
This role sits within a small, highly skilled technical team, working closely with a top tier electrical services provider.
About You
You are a seasoned tradesperson with strong technical capability and confidence working independently in the field. You bring:
• Experience within the Heavy Industrial, Maintenance & Services Background
• Unrestricted SA Electrical Licence
• Instrumentation Qualification
• Exposure to hazardous areas (EEHA) and industrial environments (desirable)
• Strong customer facing communication skills
• CPR/LVR (within 12 months)
• White Card
• Ability to travel regionally 1-2 times per month
