Industrial (Electrical) Team Leader
The Company:
Wollongong based, established electrical contracting company working in the heavy industry space.
Projects:
Delivering high quality (electrical) projects in industrial settings to a varied client base including steel, mining, oil and gas, and water industries
Project locations:
Predominantly in and around Wollongong.
The Opportunity:
Full time and permanent.
Paid hourly (EBA) with opportunity for regular overtime.
The role:
Hands on / and occasionally hands off electrical TEAM LEADER role
Supporting small teams across multiple projects (installing equipment in industrial settings - greenfield and brownfield)
Ensure quality work is delivered safely and on time
Maintain strong working relationship and clear communication with team and with client
About you:
Previous experience working as an industrial electrician is essential
You may be currently working in a Team Leader position or ready to now step into a Team Leader position
Previous experience specifically with the steel industry, installing industrial equipment is preferred
Hold current unrestricted electrical licence
Hold current driving licence
Hold Construction Industry WHITE Card
Able to commit to occasional travel (e.g., 2 to 3 weeks once annually, interstate)
